Who on earth would rattle around Beverly Hills in a cab?? So, for a full day we had the pleasure of seeing all the nooks and crannies: big and small, rich and not so rich. We stopped at stop lights so my youngest daughter, Kailyn, could slowly roll down a side window to ask, in her best British accent, a neighboring red light waiter if he had any Gray Poupon. More fun was had THAT day in THAT limo than has ever been had before and since.donnab1https://www.blogger.com/profile/06303161998298452451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8680575510661941908.post-83397881433502727382013-05-08T11:26:37.019-04:002013-05-08T11:26:37.019-04:00The year was 1996. My secretary made arrangements for transportation from the airport to the hotel. Since there were four of us attending the conference she got a limo...not a town car...but a BIG BLACK limo. Since it was Miami...it also had the neon lights underneath and you could have a whole light show inside if you wanted. We had a very nice ride and the amazing thing was how many people tried to see who was inside the limo. As we floated down the street people were squinting to see if they could see who was inside. We had fun and since there were four of us...the cost of the limo was about the same as four separate taxi fares.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02040915947386547044noreply@blogger.com
